The manual sheeter CS 340 “Superba” is a machine to produce: fettuccine, tagliatelle, lasagne, etc.; the pasta sheet wound in rolls and trimmed manually, can feed forming machines (ravioli, tortellini, etc.). 

The structure of the sidewalls is monolithic in hard anodised aluminium fusion and is mounted on a stainless steel basement with tubular structure and adjustable feet. 

Couple of calibrating rollers with wide diameter (Ø 150mm) in carbon steel with hardened and ground hubs to guarantee a best rolling and less wear of the bearings for long time. Manually adjustable by a front hand-wheel. 

The driving group is guaranteed by a casehardened and ground gears box with helicoidally teeth in oil bath, trapezoidal belts drive to provide a better elasticity to the system. 

The machine is provided with 22 kilos capacity mixing tank with removable shaft for deep and quick cleaning, on request, 5 sizes cutter assembly (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 mm) with separate motorization and collecting tray aside the machine.

All food contact parts are made in stainless steel or a food grade material. 

On request: different cutting sizes are available.
