Chickpeas are high in proteins, have soluble fibers and are rich in minerals, Vitamin A and some of the B vitamins. Our chickpeas flour helps lowering LDL blood levels by protecting the heart, thanks to the presence of magnesium, lecithin, omega-3 and folate. The latter lowers levels of homocysteine, which increases the chance of heart attacks and strokes in excessive amounts.
