Gnocchi machine for the production of gnocchi shape products using fresh potatoes or flakes and flour equipped with a gnocchi forming group that is easy to remove for change and adjustment in size, length and ridges in just few seconds. All part in contact with the dough are constructed in approved material suitable for food preparation and providing maximum protection against corrosion and can be disassembled for easy cleaning. To avoid infiltration of dough all the mechanical components, motor and gearbox have been positioned on the top part of the machine. This equipment is provided with the latest safety features required.
