The production of stuffed pasta always starts from the production of the sheet. Flour, water and other ingredients (such as eggs or food colorants) are first mixed by kneaders, either automatic or batch semi-automatic, depending on the production capacity.

FEEDER FOR RAVIOLI MACHINE AL/RN
Filling feeder designed to facilitate the insertion of soft fillings (ricotta and spinach or similar) in the ravioli machine. Equipped with a hopper capacity 30 kg approx. The machine is provided with a special pump which allows the feeding of the filling without interruption.
Pasteurizer mt 6 long, ideal for all types of fresh pasta workshops, to extend the shelf life of fresh, filled or not filled pasta. It pasteurizes tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli and other shapes of filled pasta.
PRE DRYER PE/300
This machinery is apt to pre-drying short, long and filled pasta after the pasteurizing process. It is used to help the complete drying to reach 12%. The pre-drying process is achieved through hot air ventilation. This machinery is composed of 3 parallel 800 mm width belts for drying the product comes out from the pasteurizer.
This machinery is placed after the pre-dryer treattment on the pasteurizing process line, to cool product (short-long pasta, and filled pasta) before packaging. Machine is composed of 3 parallel layers with conveyors belts of 800 mm width capable to cool the temperature product from about 60 to 10 C°.
