The RC 540 D is a machine for the production of double sheet ravioli with soft meat or cheese filling. Double couple of laminating rollers, one on top of the other, at the back allows the continuous feeding of pasta sheet and allows also a free admittance to the die. Proper conveyor belts feed the pasta sheets automatically from the laminating rollers to the die. The technical solutions adopted and the fully stainless steel frame, have allowed to realize a reliable machine with reduced maintenance exigencies, washable with steam jets or pressure water. It is suited to food industries, set in a continuous production line running during several shifts.
