The rotary cooker has been designed for cooking in tank of long and short-cut pasta, filled pasta, vegetables and various food products. Thanks to its high productivity, it is suitable for the industrial production in small spaces. The product is completely immersed in water at a temperature approaching boiling point and thanks to a precise temperature control it guarantees uniform pre-cooking for all types of treated products.
The cooking capacity can change according to the characteristics of the product to be treated and the size. Available solutions from 300 kg/h to 2000 kg/h.
