The machine allows the preparation of both hot and cold gnocchi, starting from preparated mixings or potatoes and flour.
All parts in contact with food can be easy disassembled for a correct cleaning. Structure in stainless steel. Machine parts, which are in contact with the dough, are made of corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for food industry.
The product form can be varied, by changing the forming unit. The adjustable cutting speed allows to vary the product size. The machine is equipped with a device for the regulation of grooves. Automatic system for flour spreading and reuse in stainless steel.
Automatic pump lobe (the screw and the tank are covered with Teflon), for continuous feeding of the gnocchi machine. The pump is in stainless steel AISI 304 and it is completely demountable for an accurate cleaning.
Electrical panel built according to international law in force.
