Extruder for the production of  double sheet ravioli and different sizes of fresh or dry pasta such as macaroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc, with eggs or without.

The machine can also produce pasta sheets of different thicknesses to make cannelloni or lasagna production or can work with forming machines. The machine can work with any type of flour / semolina

 

  • the structure is completely made in stainless steel
  • Double kneading tank for the production of dough in continuous; Removable stainless steel shafts and blades, thus allowing easy cleaning.
  • Fan for dough pre-drying the dough
  • Electronic knife with possibility of adjusting the cutting length
  • Unit for production of double sheet ravioli (moulds are interchangeable)

 

Electrical control panel and control panel with safety devices according to the EC norms.
