Sheeter mod. SA540


The automatic sheeter type SA is projected and designed to knead the dough prepared by a continuous mixer and to produce a fresh laminated pasta sheet with a 7-8 mm thickness. Provided with belt and loop control, it becomes a complete fresh pasta forming group for automatic and continuous lines, where the operator is a supervisor of the process. Available in the coupled version, suitable to feed a double sheet forming machine.
