Dryer for short-cut pasta mod. EPC


Pasta Technologies Group summarizes the long experience in the design and construction of plants for pasta in this machine that is suitable for treating a wide range of short-cut format optimizing the energy efficiency of the system. The drying room is dimensioned to gradually facilitate the migration of water from the pasta in order to prevent possible breakages or cracking of the product. Solutions are available with outputs ranging from 500 up to 1500 kg/h.
