The immersed levels cooker is designed for the immersed cooking of short-cut and filled pasta sheet through one or more levels of conveyor belts that parallel run to each other. The occupied space dimensions are reduced compared to the traditional one-level cooker. The product moves immersed in the water over the conveyor belt at a temperature close to the boiling point: thanks to an accurate temperature control a uniform pre-cooking is obtained.
