Pasta extruder to prepare the dough in continuous and make short, long pasta and dough-sheet to feed forming machines.
It’s complete with a rear tilting mixer, removable rotating knife with adjustable speed and ventilator for a product quick pre-drying.
A dough-sheet rolling unit and a cooler for the extrusion tube can be installed on the machine.
The machine is entirely made of stainless steel. All the parts coming in contact with the product can be dismatled for an easy cleaning.
