The new Italgi technology to optimize the drying cycle allows personalized management of the drying process according to different pasta shapes.
Made of high thickness insulating panels with high density injected polyurethane foam, including floor, to ensure optimum insulation and soundproofing. Heating air through electrical resistances, fans with flow rectifiers, moist air extractors.
Temperature and humidity of the cycle are controlled by a specially designed electronic card, with the possibility of storing the drying programs.
