Double sheet ravioli specific for those who need to produce ravioli with variable thicknesses of dough and very soft fillings.
Available in two sheet widths: 160 mm, and 250 mm, and equipped with a piston pump for the filling with big filling container.
The machine can produce many different shapes of ravioli by simply changing the mold; changing the mold is an easy and fast operation because the molds are very compact and have only two rollers of 95 mm diameter with mechanical extractors of the product; the rotation of the mold is obtained by means of a dedicated motor controlled by an electronic inverter.
The control panel provides many settings that allow to work with different formats and sizes, a wide range of sheet thicknesses and very soft fillings.
Large laminating rollers (Ø66 mm) in stainless steel driven by dedicated motor; lamination speed controlled by electronic inverter.
The filling system piston is driven by a dedicated motor controlled by a further inverter.
The three inverters allow a much more complete than traditional machines, even using molds of different shape and size , different quantity and consistency of fillings, or various thicknesses of sheet (from very thin to very thick).
An innovative patented system allows pre-forming the sheet to ensure an optimum filling also in the case of very soft fillings.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or food-grade polyethylene.
The components which need to be frequently cleaned can be easily removed to wash them. The innovative molds with only two rollers allow a much more accurate cleaning than the traditional molds with four rollers, the interior of which is not easily accessible.

The structure of the machine is extremely robust; all rotating elements are housed on ball bearings, not on bushes.
The mechanics is separated from the sides of the machine to prevent possible infiltration of pasta in the mechanical components.
