Continuous cooker, designed for cooking stuffed pasta, short pasta and gnocchi.
The cooking water is heated by a coil fed with steam through an external boiler. Cooking time can be varied with a simple knob through the use of electronic inverters. The level of the cooking water and its temperature are controlled automatically by the machine. The machines are designed to get the best result with low energy consumption in the smallest space, while optimizing even downtime and cleaning. To simplify the operations of cleaning the cooking vessel can be lowered automatically.
